1. Return Eligibility :- Returns are accepted only if:

• Wrong item delivered
• Product damaged during transit
• Product expired at the time of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods (unless damaged/defective)
• Opened or used products
• Customized items

3. Return Window

• Report within 24–48 hours of delivery

• Provide photos/videos as proof

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Refund will be issued to original payment method

5. Replacement

• Replacement may be offered instead of refund based on availability

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
